The Society of Notaries of New South Wales recommends a scale of fees for notary public services in NSW which our notaries use as a guide in estimating our fees for notary public services to allow us to deliver great value.
The scale covers pricing for notary public services typically on a time-cost or a per-document basis.
The scale acts as a guide and notaries may and typically do charge more than the fees outlined in the scale. In addition, if the notary is required to travel outside of the office for an appointment they may charge for travelling time based on the scale.
